Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is inviting Sea to Sky residents to hear an update on the state of health care in the Sea to Sky corridor today.

The regional health authority is hosting a virtual Open Board Forum focused on Whistler, Squamish and Pemberton, set to take place on Wednesday evening, June 1 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

During the event, VCH's board of directors and senior leadership team will be on hand to provide health-care updates about Squamish General Hospital, mental health programs and services and public health throughout the region. Participants are encouraged to tune in and ask questions through the live broadcast link (available here) or by listening in on VCH's Facebook page when the livestream begins.

It's one of three Open Board Forums presented by VCH annually. The events aim to provide the community with an opportunity to connect directly with the health authority's leadership, doctors and other experts.
