Emergency services are on the scene of a head-on collision on Highway 99 south of Whistler, though witnesses on scene are reporting everyone appears to be OK.

Posters on the Sea to Sky Road Conditions Facebook page say the accident occurred near Cheakamus Canyon, north of Squamish. Both lanes of traffic are reportedly at a standstill as of about 3:15 p.m. on Monday.

The Sea to Sky RCMP did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
