At-risk teenager missing for three weeks could be in Vancouver

She was last seen in Victoria on Feb. 1.

Police believe a 16-year-old girl missing from Victoria since early February may be in Vancouver.

Lia Barker was last seen Feb. 1 and investigators are concerned for her well-being, according to a press release from the Victoria Police Department.

"Lia may have travelled to Vancouver. Patrol officers are working to locate Lia and ensure that she is safe," state police.

Barker is described as a 16-year-old Caucasian female standing 5'7" with a slim build. Her hair is shoulder-length and dyed blonde. When she was last seen she was wearing a black jacket, black sweater black sweatpants and grey boots.
