Sea to Sky Real Estate will operate a Premier Property Division from the Franz’s Trail location in Creekside to promote their long-term affiliation with Christie’s Great Estates. Momentum Property Marketing will change its focus to marketing projects in Vancouver and the Sea to Sky corridor from the same location, and Momentum’s Premier listings will be merged into the Sea to Sky Real Estate Marketing System.
The strategic alliance will provide developers and property owners with a marketing team and Discovery Centre to better display their properties. The office will also offer the ability to sell luxury properties to the Christie’s Affiliates and the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate Network. The team will have five locations: Whistler Marketplace, St. Andrews House in the Village, Franz’s Trail in Creekside, on Cleveland Avenue in Squamish, and in Pemberton, opening in April 2005. Momentum will be opening a new Vancouver office in the Bentall Centre.
This is the second merger for Sea to Sky Real Estate since August, when the company announced a merger with Remax of Whistler.
