More grey skies and a Nor' Easter set the tone for another tough day. Although only a half club wind, it and the hills wore us down. Gin had some big hills rolling out of Marathon, which smoothed out when my turn came behind the handlebars.

The Whistler RCMP received a call at 10:30 a.m. on June 24 from hikers on the Rainbow Trail to say that they had been followed by a black bear for approximately 10 minutes. They were about an hour's hike in from the Rainbow Trail parking lot.
