VICTORIA — The approaching 2024 election in British Columbia is an opportunity for the Green Party to put forward issues that raise the bar for the province without worrying about wins and losses, Green Leader Sonia Furstenau says.

The trip was organized and supported by three Japanese environmental groups concerned about the loss of natural forests in BC and climate change.

Average wait times have increased a staggering 166% over the past five years, ranging from 65 days in Vancouver Coastal Health to 278 days in Northern Health.
