Vancouver latest city to oppose expansion of major B.C. LNG plant
The City of Vancouver passed a motion Wednesday to oppose the expansion of the Tilbury LNG facility in Delta. The project would both ramp up its capacity to supply local and foreign markets and lead to a boost in upstream emissions.
