Victoria police investigating vandalism and graffiti attacks in Beacon Hill Park
VICTORIA — Police say a bust of the Queen in Beacon Hill Park in Victoria was vandalized with the head removed from the body. Victoria police say they were called to the area on Wednesday afternoon. The head of the statue has not been recovered.
