PQ: What’s your food/drink philosophy?
KK: It’s all about nutritious cookies and wholesome milk for
me!
PQ: What’s the most important principle in cooking?
KK: Lots of laughter and enjoyment.
PQ: One food you can’t live without?
KK: Cookies.
PQ: One ingredient you can’t live without?
KK: Sugar.
PQ: What food/drink should people be more open to trying?
KK: Warm milk and wholesome homemade cookies.
PQ: Most memorable Christmas snack you’ve ever eaten?
KK: Me and the reindeer were left some treats at one of our
stops. We took a break and enjoyed the treats on the roof. It was snowing
lightly and you could see the stars shining through. It was magical.
PQ: What’s your solution for a last minute meal?
KK: Cocoa with marshmallows and oatmeal cookies.
PQ: Do you dream of opening your own restaurant?
KK: Me and Mrs. Claus would like to open up a dessert and cocoa
café

PQ: Where would you go to eat, if you could go anywhere in the
world?
KK: Belgium for the chocolate.
PQ: How far have you traveled for a great meal?
KK: Around the world.
PQ: What brought you to Whistler?
KK: All the good children.
PQ: Where would you go for your last meal in Whistler?
KK: I would like to invite all the good girls and boys to an
outdoor barbecue at Rainbow Park.
PQ: Who has been the most influential person on your career?
KK: Hands down, Mrs. Claus.
PQ: What advise would you give anyone wanting to come into this
industry?
KK: Be jolly!
