Good evening, and welcome back to your weekday wrap-up of current events around Whistler and the Sea to Sky corridor. 

Owl Bus, a twice-weekly intercity transport service based in Lillooet, has ceased operations.

The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) plans to spend over $2.6 million on acquiring two new pumper trucks for the Whistler Fire Rescue Service (WFRS).

The 2023 Whistler Film Festival saw a 14 per cent attendance increase compared to its 2022 iteration.

Another "Discover Luge" session for kids aged 8 and up will take place Feb. 11 at the Whistler Sliding Centre (WSC).
