The Village of Pemberton (VOP) will opt-in to new BC legislation governing short-term rentals after council gave its assent last month.

A man was arrested last week after a “spring-cleaning” fire at a property on Main Street in Mount Currie blew out of control.

Nicholas Katrusiak won the overall Nor-Am ski cross title, while Emeline Bennett finished second. 

Tire Stewardship BC is hosting an April 20 event in Whistler where members of the public can recycle their old tires for free.
