More than 60 competitors turned out to the Sprite Park Rider Series slopestyle on Sunday, taking full advantage of sunny skies and softer landings to go big.

The Pemberton Valley Trails Association and WORCA are inviting bikers, hikers, runners and other users to come out and help clean a winter’s worth of debris from local trails on Sunday, April 18.

The eight-race Kokanee Valley Race Series wrapped up last Thursday, March 25 with a dual giant slalom on the Upper Dave Murray run. Fresh snow and excellent conditions kept the numbers down, but the competition went on with a field of 40 racers.
