Many of you Whistler skiers, like me, have now received a second form letter from Vail Resorts.
For those of us that had seasons passes or five-day passes, it states you are not eligible for any refund, as you didn’t apply for a refund through Vail Resorts’ insurance since they closed due to COVID-19.
We all didn’t apply, as the original letter from Vail Resorts told us not to do anything—sorry, it said, we are closed but we will contact you all with booked days for refunds.
What a great trick Vail Resorts, you got our money and no refunds yet again!
