COATS FOR KIDS Winter coats for children of all ages can be dropped off at Dual Mountain Drycleaners, both locations, at Market Pavilion and Function Junction. Coats are accessed by anyone in need through the Re-use It Centre.

On the Mountains

What: BLACKCOMB IT’S OPEN! In an unprecendented move Whistler-Blackcomb is opening Blackcomb early. It will remain open throughout the weekend of November 5-6 and plans are in place to open daily as of Friday November 11.

Meetings

What: WORCA ALL CANDIDATES MEETING Participants sit at tables and candidates rotate between the tables according to set time limits. Non-WORCA members are encouraged to attend with a donation to the Food Bank.

Special Events

What: BABYTIMES Parents will be taught action rhymes and songs to share with their babies as well as some basic baby sign language. Classes are for parents with babies from birth to walking age and involve focused interaction with the child.
