Welcome back to your recap of Sea to Sky athletes and their exploits at home and abroad.

A local luger is taking his former coach and sporting federations to court after being severely injured in a 2019 training run. On a lighter note, we've had young local athletes adding to their award cabinets while a pair of beloved local events returned to Whistler.

Garrett Reid is suing Matt McMurray, plus the Whistler 2010 Sport Legacies Society (WSLS), Luge Canada, and the B.C. Luge Association for alleged abuse.
