Headlamps mandatory for Nordics Twoonie

The weekly Whistler Nordics Twoonie race takes place tonight (Jan. 22), sponsored by The Brew House. Sign-in is at 5:30 p.m. and the race gets underway at 6:15 p.m. The race goes off from the lighted trails, so headlamps are mandatory.

Ski jumpers put hills to the test

The world's top ski jumpers will be at Whistler Olympic Park this weekend for a pair of individual, long hill events. The action starts on Friday with official training from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., followed by the qualifier at 1 p.m.
