Early winter transit service in Whistler starts Saturday

Transit riders in Whistler can expect increased service starting Saturday, Nov. 21 as BC Transit shifts into early-winter mode.

Starting Saturday, the 4 Marketplace shuttle, 20x Cheakamus and 32 Emerald will all return. Early winter extra service times can be found in the current Rider’s Guide in the grey boxes.

Starting Dec. 5, riders can expect to see further additional trips on select routes, including the 10 Valley Express, as full winter transit service resumes.

Details about service changes, early winter extra service and route schedules are available online at bctransit.com/whistler and will also be available in the new Rider’s Guide (out November 23).
