Fatal Vision Goggles will also be on hand, simulating the effects of alcohol on judgment and response time. Prizes will be handed out to those who answer Road Sense questions correctly.

New to this year’s display is the Backseat Driver’s Program. It allows children to obtain a license with their photo and personal information and entitles them to remind all drivers to wear a seatbelt, obey speed limits, remove items from the car and lock all doors, be courteous to other drivers and pull over when using a cell phone.

The ICBC team will be in Village Square the afternoon of Monday, July 2.
