Sports Briefs: Few half marathon spots remain
Interest in The North Face Whistler Half Marathon on June 2 is strong, and at press time the race was close to 90 per cent sold out. The number of entries was extended from 750 to 1,000 this year, and on Jan. 24 all but 138 spots were taken.
